Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-48 hour payment processing period, excluding weekends and holidays.

After payment clears, your business days begin for shipping calculations.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days from payment confirmation.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email by the 4th or 5th business day.

• Standard shipping takes 1-3 additional business days, meaning your order should arrive 4-10 business days after being placed.

• Expedited shipping (for non-custom orders) delivers within 2-5 business days after processing.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is shipped, tracking updates must be monitored through USPS, as we no longer have control over delivery timelines.
